Written by Lana Law Dec 1, Yosemite National Park covers a large area, but the most spectacular and iconic section of the park is Yosemite Valley. This is a relatively small portion of the park, open year-round, where you’ll find many of the most famous attractions, including Yosemite Falls, Half Dome, and El Capitan. You might be surprised to find out just how many RVers “used to” be tent campers, and got tired of sleeping on the ground, hiking to the toilets, hauling water and so on.
